problem connecting to the cloud

Hi 

I perches 2 Nest Camera 

When i am trying to set up a new device on Google Home App After the "Create A New Network ? " i am getting the  " problem connecting to the cloud " Massage 

What should i do in order to set up my first Nest Camera ?

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Could you tell us the phone you're using to set it up? What type of Nest camera do you have? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
