Hi - where can I go to purchase the part to disconnect the doorbell from its mounting bracket so that I can recharge it? I have lost the part and don't want to break it using a screwdriver

I don't have a Google Nest Battery Doorbell, and I am just another Google Nest customer, but this is what Google says about disconnecting it if you don't have the release tool: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252289?hl=en#zippy=%2Cnest-doorbell-battery

I am relieved to hear that you were able to get doorbell off without damaging it! If there is nothing else that I can assist you with, I am going to go ahead and lock this thread at this time.
Best regards,
Brad.
