Installing 4 new Nest Battery Camera's - all 4 are having the same problem. After setup at the end the Message Something went wrong comes up. I pend and 1 ½" on the phone with customer support. They finally said they needed a supervisor to help but none are available and I will need to call back.
I have also just learned I can't add these cameras to my current nest app which I far superior to the Google Home app. I will be returning the 4 new camera's to best buy tomorrow. Very disappointed with this new product that I though was similar to my existing nest product. They are only similar in looks. All my other nest products have been fantastic and I have been very pleased up to this point. Leaves me to a point on not sure how to move forward with adding products to my nest.
