reconnecting outdoor camrera

Hi I an outdoor nest camera and i have tryed everything on trying to get it back online. Unplugging and replugging didnt work try plugging the usb port into my computer still no lite on the front of camera. tryed hard reset and still nothing. this is all after a storm took out our router and we got it replaced. the ring doorbell we got reconnected. but the back yard cam is not even powering on. do I take it got fried also due to a power surge?
