why does google blank out video from my nest camera every time there is a person in it?

If my nest camera records me walking out to my truck. I can watch it within an hour or so with no problem. then all of a sudden that part of the video gets blanked out as if the camera went in sleep mode. I know the video was recorded but somehow googles system cuts it out. this happens almost every time someone goes out to get in their car.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. This is not something I have ran into before, so I would suggest you definitely restart your camera. Once restarted, test it and see if you are getting the same results.
