Add smart speakers to chromecast

Hi,

I use my chromecast gen4 with google tv on my portable AOC monitor. I want to play the audio on my MI smart speakers. I have made a group, but I only get sounds from the monitor.

sometimes can I see the speakers when I click on media, but I can’t choose them.

Audio Groups do not support video content.  They are for music-services only.

The best you can do is use Bluetooth to pair your speakers with your Chromecast with Google TV.  That way the Chromecast will push the sound to the speakers.  Note: Chromecast with Google TV is the ONLY Chromecast device that can do this.  None of the other versions can.

Thanks, I’ll try to connect them through Bluetooth. 

Thanks that worked, only problem is that the sound is of sync. Can’t found how to sync the sound with the chromecast.
