After upgrading to ipadOS 14.7.1 casting stopped working.

When I try to cast from youtube app or any other app i just get a trying to connect with no progress.

1. On your iOS device’s home screen, tap Settings. 
2. Tap Privacy  Local Network. You’ll find a list of apps.
3. Turn on Local Network Access for the app(s) you would like to cast from.
4. This will allow permissions for Cast to discover local devices when casting.
