Ambient Mode on Start up

Hi everyone

Firstly, sorry if I have put this question on the wrong "label" I am using the Chromecast 4k with the white tv remote and using a Samsung TU7000 tv.

A little backstory, I also have another tv with a 3rd gen Chromecast, the small black dongle without a remote and no programs.  When I switch on this tv I have it set so Ambient Mode is on and my selected photos are shown until I switch on the Roku and start to watch.  I want to have the same thing happen when I switch on my main tv with the Chromecast 4k dongle.

My question is, can I do this?  

Right now when I switch on the Samsung I am greeted with the "For You" page that advertises shows / movies etc.  Along the top is Search, For You, Films, Tv Shows, Apps and Library and in the right hand corner is my Google account photo.

If I want to put Ambient Mode on this tv I have to do it manually via my Google account photo but I want it to be there by default, as soon as the tv is switched on.

I do hope this all make sense and someone can help me.
