Could you tell us more about what's going on so we can further assist you? What type of Chromecast device do you have? Would you like to know more information about the Ambient mode feature of your Chromecast device? Is the Ambient mode feature not working? 

In the meantime, if you have a Chromecast with Google TV, you can change Ambient Mode settings on your TV screen. You can only access and manage Ambient Mode preferences on Chromecast or Chromecast Ultra from the Google Home app. Check out this support website article to learn more.
