Bad signal

So day 2 and now it's acting like a tv with bad signals can't see anything any ideas what's going on?

I apologize about the slow response time, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that signal issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • Does the TV have any kind of error message?
  • Have you changed the power outlet or the HDMI port?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
