Can not casting on Chromecast on one Tv when someone else is casting to a different

Our office has 6 TVs with one 3rd gen Chromecast plugged into each. When one person is casting through Chrome to a Tv (1) it works perfectly fine but when a second person in a different room tries to cast to a different TV(2) their screen only Casts to the Tv(2) for two seconds before they are disconnected and chrome says they are casting to Tv(1). We can not figure out the issue. Already have tries factory resetting and purchasing a new Chromecast.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Please try the additional steps below:

1. Reboot your Chromecast.
2. Reboot your mobile phone.
3. Reboot the Wi-Fi router.
4. Plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
5. Swap the location of the Chromecast devices.
