Can't Factory Reset Chromecast

I've read all the answers. None apply as far as I can see! Here's what's up:

Just moved from Canada to Brussels. Set up one chromecast - no issues! Set up the other chromecast and no good.

Tells me to factory reset. There are no buttons to hold down. I did not reset it when I left Canada (who would even know to do that? I do now!) and I am stuck. Is my chromecast now just a useless piece of crap? Please help!

P.S. I also unplugged the power from the chromecast itself while it was in the tv hdmi slot. Maybe I need to leave it unconnected longer (more than the 5 minutes I waited this time?)

Every model of Chromecast has a physical button to reset it. It's always on the edge of the Chromecast itself, near to the power input. Once you've found the reset button, follow the steps in the next help article to factory reset your Chromecast.
