Can't cast anymore

Hi guys 

I have a Sony xh9096 I used to be able to connect from my poco f3 to tv with chromecast

Now that I changed my internet provider (don't know if that's a problem) I can't connect the chromecast app before I press cast says that my device isn't optimized properly and if I choose cast it says no playback (I translated from Greek so it might not be an accurate translation).

Both devices are connected to the same wifi I also formatted my TV just in case but still nothing. Could I use an alternative app from play store?

Your router from your new service provider may have device isolation turned on. You may need to log into the router and turn that off.

I did a Google search for how to find the device isolation but I can't spot it because my router page is different. This is my page and from what I searched it said that it should be in the wireless tab

Hey there GST,

What model of router do you have? If you are unable to find the setting, I'm sure your router's brand has a support team that may be able to assist you in finding it. If not, we can try to look into it, sometimes companies have different names for similar settings.

OK I made it happen. I went to play store and upgraded all the apps and it worked. Thanks for your interest though.
