Thanks for posting and I apologize for the delayed response. Could you tell us more about what’s going on? Are you unable to cast using your mobile phone? What mobile device are you using? Please make sure your phone is connected on the same WiFi network as your Chromecast device. Also, try to check for software updates on your phone and see if it'll do the trick. It's best to have an updated OS for a seamless experience.
