Can't connect to Wi-Fi after broadband service provider change

I have changed from BT to Sky. When I try to connect to my TV using the Google Home app I get "Can't connect to Wi-fi" on the TV screen and "This device was previously set up by a different user. Please factory reset the device."

I have performed a factory reset on the TV twice and disconnected/reconnected and power cycled the Chromecast device. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Google Home app as well. I am still getting the same result. I need a way of deleting the entity 'Living Room TV' so that it can be redefined with the new wi-fi router but cannot see how to achieve this.

I am not sure which generation my Chromecast device is but the SKU number is GA00439-GB.

I found rhe solution. It's not the TV that needed a factory reset but the Chromecast device. Achieved by holding down the button on the device until the indicator light starts flashing yellow then returns to steady white.

I had this problem as well you need to go to settings and click on WiFi network, then click forget the network.  Go back and add network and connect Wi-fi . If you are trying to use the Google Home app remember that the Wi-Fi signal has to be 2Gz as the 5Gz will not communicate with the device. This is true for the Nest mini 2 nd gen and Nest Audio. Enable Chromecast the app you downloaded, open the app, and cast your device Google Home will not help you.
