I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient on this! Were you able to fix that login issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine it may be confusing where to go with this. What I would recommend is to make sure you're properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. If you are, and you still can't log in, go ahead and factory reset the Chromecast and re-set it back up.
