I have opened up the chrome cast remote control through casting on YouTube. I was wondering if there is a way to open up the chrome cast remote on your iPhone without casting from a different app.

I'm real sorry about the late response, I appreciate your patience! Were you able to find the answer to your question? If not, I'd be happy to help out! That remote control is built into the YouTube app, so fortunately, it would only function inside the YouTube app. Although, it would be a cool idea to have a universal version of that remote, you can always submit feedback to the Google team if that is something you would like to see in the future.
