Cant connect to mobile hotspot on googke home when setting up

Hey, 

So recently got a new s21 plus and suddenly my old chrmocast wouldn't connect. I have tried everything to try reconnect. All troubleshooting and the newest chromecast is still connected but old one wasn't. I just went abd got a new one now so both are the newest and I still can't connect to the new chromecast. When setting up I'm doing it through my ipad through hotspot but google home is not recognising or my hotspot isn't showing when it says connect to a WiFi network. I have given up. Been going for hours and nothing is working. Please help

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Now, according to this article, Mobile Hotspots aren't a recommended network type for Chromecast devices, as they prove unstable and finicky. Some folks have had success with Mobile Hotspots using two devices, one to host the hotspot, and another device for casting, but it varies from device to device.
