Cant download an app because it says “This item isn’t available in your country”

Hi,

Just got the Chrome Cast 4 earlier today, finish setting up everything, but then wanted to download this app in the Recommended For You section, clicked on the app and it says “This item isn’t available in your country.” Well actually I am living in the country(as it is in the Recommend For You) and i know the item is only available in my country, why can’t I download it?

so i believe my Chrome Cast/Play Store is US Region, Is there any way to change it, so i will be able to download the app…

Hi Nick123,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Are you able to download other apps on your Google TV? Please try to reboot your Chromecast with Google TV and observe the behavior. If the same issue persists, resetting it might help.

Tried rebooting and logging in and out of my google account, sadly it did not work, but it is all good now, it starts working after a few days of using the product. My guess is that it needed some time for it to sync or something like that… Anyways, thanks for the help!😁
