I started a trial subscription with Cast Chromecast and cannot connect the wifi to my TV so I want to cancel my trial subscription. How do I do this?

Thanks for posting. Could you please tell us what subscription are you pertaining to? Please take note that Chromecast is a plug and play device that doesn't come with a subscription. If the subscription you are pertaining to is for the app you used to cast videos to your TV, please reach out to the app developer to further assist you in cancelling the subscription.
