Changed modum can’t connect devices

Have just changed modum. I don’t know what I have to change on iphone xr & ipad mini to choose Netflix to the tv.

If you changed your modem, you Chromecast device will have lost it's connection and should be showing a warning on your TV.

Go into your Google Home app on your iPhone or iPad and follow the setup instructions to teach your Chromecast your new network name and password.  That's all you have to do.
