Do not tell me to add a child profile. That option has randomly disappeared. I have two other of these devices on which my child's account is still working. What have you done to break my chromecast?

I've been replying to this by email which has been bouncing. I will try resetting it tomorrow morning although this is ridiculous that I should have to do that rather than find out why it's happened

Factory reset resolved the issue. It's a real pain now having to set up all the apps again but at least my son can use his profile
