Chromcast

So none of my streaming apps wanna work and it's not the apps chromcast keeps disconnecting every time I wanna stream and keeps going out on me please help

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions: what type of Chromecast devices do you have? When did the issue start? Did the video buffer or pixelate before it stopped casting?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Make sure the Chromecast's power cord/power adapter directly into the wall outlet. Be sure that the power cord is NOT plugged into an extension cord, power strip, or other power unit.
  2. Reboot the Chromecast, router, and mobile device.
  3. Try to plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
  4. Try to plug it in on a different tV screen if possible.
  5. Try to cast from other devices.
  6. Turn off any power or battery saving mode.
  7. Disable and re-enable Automatic date and time and Automatic time zone.
  8. Perform factory reset on Chromecast.
