Chrome cast Disney+

  • I have been trying to stream Disney+ for a couple of days, and every time I press the Disney+ icon/app it says unable to connect Disney plus. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I did a system update. I also cleared the app data.
    If I cast from my phone to the tv it works fine. But I don’t understand why it’s unable to work when I use the chrome cast.
    Every other app works great, it’s only Disney that is giving me issues. 
    Is there an issue with my chromecast or with Disney+? And is there something else I can do that I haven’t done to help the chrome cast work?55D7764B-E509-44E7-B10D-F8EA15870ACA.jpeg

That is a problem Disney Plus is struggling with for quite some time and it seems to have something to do with their servers not keeping up with the demand.

Even if it works on other devices it may refuse access to others according to their routine.

I don't think it is a Chromecast device problem.

Sometimes we just have to wait.
