I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that location issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine that it's pretty disappointing that you cannot install your favorite apps. What I would do is make sure you have your location set in both the Google Home app, and on Google Play. Also, double-check on the Google Play website that your apps are available for the Chromecast.
