Chrome cast unable to stream videos

We have had our chromecast since December 2020 and has worked without issue up until a couple of days ago. Now none of our streaming apps will load movies, Disney, Netflix ect. We have a Firestick in another room of the house that plays the exact same apps with no issues, so why would this one suddenly not be loading? No updates are available, and internet connection is strong.

Could be any number of things, but first step would be a reboot of the Chromecast.  If this does not work then a factory reset would clear any ghost settings that could be causing a conflict.  Can you please let me know which one of these works for you?
