I have a Chromecast and it won't connect to the internet even though I tested the internet and it's good and I have a nest Wi-Fi point right beside it. Any ideas?

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.
Was this the first time setting up a Chromecast device to your TV? Please describe to me the shape and size of your Chromecast to know what version it is. Also, tell me what’s the status of the LED light on your Chromecast? What is the exact message on the TV?
