Chrome cast won’t play Disney+

Chrome cast works fine. But the Disney+ app says it is not connected to wifi. Wifi is fine with all apps but Disney+-wifi is NOT the issue. Unplugged and re-plugged everything multiple times. Netflix app plays movies fine. Disney + won’t even completely load.

I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast isn't playing nicely with Disney+. I can imagine this issue is pretty annoying, so I'd be happy to help you out! First, I would clear out the cached app data on Disney+. If that doesn't work, go ahead and uninstall and re-install the app. Finally, see if the Disney+ app will work when casting from another device, such as a phone or tablet.
