Chromecase devices

Trying to cast and my phone only sees one of the two devices on my network.  The two devices are on the same network,

Hey there jwhecker,

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know I'd be pretty confused if one device worked fine, and the other didn't. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What are the two models of Chromecast?
  • Which model is having the issue?
  • Are you connected to a 2.4GHz network and a 5GHz network?
  • What is the firmware version of both devices?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
