(Chromecast 1) Spectrum TV App suddenly not casting… Netflix and Prime continues to cast as usual.

When trying to cast from the SpectrumTV Chromecast enabled app, the device claims it’s casting but tv screen remains blank (goes blank as if it’s going to cast, but never does). It used to work fine until a couple days ago, and other Chromecast enabled Apps cast fine. I did all the suggested troubleshooting including a factory reset. Any suggestions? @googlechromecastcommunity.com

As this is only an issue with the Spectrum TV app then I would try contacting their support team as it's them that develop the app and not Google.

It started casting again but the audio goes out of sync every time it goes to commercial. I have to change channels or restart casting to resolve it each time.
