Hi all,
I am having issues connecting to wifi with my Chromecast. Am casting from iPhone. The Chromecast can see the wifi but won’t connect. I have done all the checks such as restarting router and resetting Chromecast but it just won’t work. It was working before and now it’s not. On the iPhone, when setting up through the app, it says it’s connected but in the TV it says check your internet connection. Any ideas? Is it just a faulty Chromecast or has someone experienced this before? Thank you

I have the same problem. And the service had said it connected. When it continue to updating stage a while, it said it lose connected, and tell me to check!?

Has there been any changes on the router settings or network connection? When did the issue start?

None of these suggestions work nor does doing a factory reset. With so many having the same problems there must be a bigger issue. Apple won’t help so hopefully Google will provide a fix.
