Chromecast 3ra gen no aparece dispositivo acusa problema de red

Buenas noches

Ayer instalé y configuré sin problemas mi chromecast; hoy cuando quiero conectarme desde el celular me dice dispositivo sin conexión, ya intenté reiniciando desde la App Home el dispositivo; también desde el botón de reinicio y descargando la App nuevamente; pero la pantalla queda en un bucle de reinicio-conectando a la red-problema para conectarse. No hubo cambios de contraseña ni nada nuevo en la red y en las redes WIFI del celular no me aparece la red del chrome.  Aguardo por sus consejos....

Quick questions: what's the LED status on your Chromecast? When did the issue start? Please reboot your Wi-Fi router and Chromecast device, then plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. Using a different mobile phone and plugging it on a different TV screen might also help.

Hey Roxanagarcia,

 

Thanks for getting back to us and for providing additional information. Please factory reset your Chromecast again then manually connect to the Chromecast SSID. Here's how: go to the phone settings > Open Wi-Fi and connect to the Chromecast SSID (Example: Chromecast1234, Living Room TV, Bedroom TV, etc.) > Go to the Google Home app and try to set it up again.

To confirm, have you tried to factory reset your device by following the steps on the link I've shared above? If yes, and the Chromecast SSID is still not showing up, the device might be defective. Could you please tell us when and where you purchased your Chromecast (3rd) gen?

Hola Jenni te cuento que la luz varía entre naranja y blanco, el problema comenzó la segunda vez que lo quise utilizar sin haber hecho ningún cambio ni red wifi ni celular La app home decia dispositivo desconectado entonces lo reinicié desde la app y nunca más lo pude conectar también traté de encontrar la red wifi que supuestamente tiene el chromecast sin exito probé tambien configurarlo desde otro celular y pasa lo mismo.
