I have the Chromecast 3rd gen, it is new. When I connect it to my tv it does not show a picture on the hdmi channel that it is connected to. I can connect and set it up via my google home app on my phone, however “no signal” is always displayed even during the setup. I have tried the reset and connected it to different tv’s with the same result. The power cable has been connected to both the tv and a power adapter.
