Hey there uloga,

I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience, I'm really sorry to hear that your TV set died! What kind of TV did you have? I know it's always disappointing when something expensive like a television stops working. If the device is still in warranty, you may be able to reach out to the manufacturer about maybe replacing it. Was the Chromecast device itself affected at all? Does the Chromecast still work on other displays?

I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!

Best regards,
Jeran

Hi go ahead and lock it.
Returned it, the guy in store told me I'm not the first.
Waiting for lockdown to end so I can bring my TV for reparation.
Worst choice I made last year was purchasing that chromecast.
Bad product, worst support and it had cost me a lot.

No hard feelings i understand you are just support.

All the best in 2022 🙂
