Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you casting content from the Smarters Lite app on your phone? Is the issue happening when using the Smarters Lite app or across all apps? You can clear the cache and data of the affected app and reinstall it. Rebooting your Chromecast and mobile phone might also help.
If the issue is isolated when using the Smarters Lite app, please reach out to the app manufacturer.
