Chromecast Spanglish

I just came back from Mexico. My Chromecast didn't go to Mexico with me - my android phone did though. I try watching a TV series on Pluto and some of the episode descriptions are English and some are in Spanish. The episode I wanted to watch was dubbed in Spanish. Rebooted the Chromecast and now descriptions are in English, but still dubbed in Spanish.

I logged out and re-logged in. That did the trick. There wasn't a language setting in the app and I'm pretty sure that I wasn't watching Pluto in Mexico. Somewhere there is a bug and I feel that Pluto and Google would be pointing at each other as the culprit.

Hey there Duarte,

I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that language issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know this would bug me as well. What I would recommend is that you clear out the cached app data for the Pluto app, as there might be some old data stored that could affect the subtitles.

I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!

Best regards,
Jeran

Hey there Duarte,

Awesome, I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve that! That is interesting that even though you didn't watch Pluto in Mexico, it still affected the subtitles. Regardless, do you have any more questions or need any additional help?

Thank you,
Jeran
