Chromecast Voice Remote

I'm trying to set up volume, power, and input control with my Chromecast Voice Remote and my Sylvania TV. For some reason the controls will not work. Any tips or work arounds?

Hi Joytoy,

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like your TV isn't compatible with the Voice Remote. Please take note that although there are TV brands that can be setup for Chromecast with Google TV however, not pairable/compatible with the Voice Remote. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take this as feedback.
