Chromecast audio

HI , my chromecast audio is not showing in the cast menu on my laptop. It shows on other laptops/ devices and works with no problems. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps Google suggest but still cant connect . It must be a setting on this pc but cant find it . Any ideas ?

• When did this issue start happening?
• What OS is that laptop using?
• What version of Google Chrome are you using?
• Are you connected to the same network band? Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz
