Chromecast built-in don’t work

Hi! 
I have TV - Xiaomi Mi TV P1 with Android TV, Chromecast, Google Assistant . 
my phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 10) don’t find TV in app Google Home and when I trying translate my screen I can’t find my TV. 
Also when I try translate video from YouTube- I get error «The device is unreliable .Failed to check the device "MiTV-MSSP2". Perhaps its firmware is outdated». All apps has been updated in Play Market. 

Chromecast built-in version 1.56.276477

That’s don’t work for me. I tried to move the TV , but Google Home still not found TV.

Also TV has dual band WiFi. 

It's not clear to me why YouTube app find TV (but not translate video) , but Google Home not find TV

Hey there Marganaa,

I am real sorry about the late response on this thread, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • Are all the devices connected to the same network band? Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz
  • Have you contacted Xiaomi about that error message?
  • Have you already attempted a factory reset on the TV?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
