I have Google Home at latest version, the Chromecast it's paired and connected on network, but the account step doesn't work. I'm trying to confirm my identity and it doesn't work. Cannot connect. Try again .
I changed the pin of Gmail, reset Chromecast, I'm close to Chromecast, I'm using latest Android version on a Samsung Tablet. I don't know what happens.
I have another Chromecast installed from another level of the house but it works well. I have now a Chromecast at 2nd floor (I have APs, strong network signal) but it doesn't want to connect to Google account.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that connection issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as these issues can be tricky. The first thing I would check is to make sure you don't have any VPN active on the tablet. If that doesn't work, make sure the Google Home app as well as the tablet are both up-to-date. Then, if the problem persists, try connecting using another device, such as a phone.
