Screen colour has washed out a pinky colour.
have reset and rebooted.
any ideas?

Hey there MilesSavage,
I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that color issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this makes for a terrible viewing experience. The first thing I would try is changing the HDMI port that the Chromecast is plugged into to see if that resolves it. If it doesn't, try plugging the Chromecast into a different TV to see if the problem persists.
