Chromecast in hotel

Hi, I want to use my chromecast in a hotel room. I decided to buy a tplink travel hotspot. I thought I would be able to set up a different home called Hotel and set up my chromecast to be connected to the hotspot. My idea was that chromecast would then know 2 wifi networks, my home network when at home, the hotspot network when travelling. But I can't see how to achieve this. Is it possible? I am trying to avoid having to factory reset each time I change between my home and a hotel.

You need a mobile travel router.

Whenever you want to leave your house, you switch networks. Wile you are still connected to your home network, switch to the mobile WiFi router network and it will remember it when you activate it in the hotel.

Thus way you are independent of the hotel WiFi network, which might have captive portal login routine.
