My Chromecast (with Google TV 4K) is frozen on a black screen with the Google logo. Multiple attempts at rebooting and physically resetting don't achieve anything and I cannot access anything else.

What colour is the LED light on the device?

The LED light is white and will not change color with rebooting or resetting attempts.

Is it solid white or blinking white? Try these steps:
If you have another TV, you could also try to set up the Chromecast on that TV.

Hi there,
I did all of these steps and I'm still receiving the same error. I even restarted my router and tried different outlets with the same results. Any other steps I can take?
