I can't load apps on my kids' profiles. I've set up their profiles, but when I go to Manage Apps I get the spinning load sign indefinitely. Apps load fine in the adult profiles. I've searched similar posts and have tried the recommended actions:
1. Restart Chromecast via system restart
2. Reboot via unplugging from power source for 5 minutes.
3. I checked my Family Link settings to see if I have anything overly restricted.
4. I tried restarting my phone.
5. Cleared Chromecast cache.
6. Made sure Chromecast system is up to date.
So far nothing has worked. Help, please!
Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. To cover all the bases, could you try to remove your kid's profile and re-add it? If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on your Chromecast device. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
