Chromecast started rebooting on its own since firmware 1.56.275994

My Chromecast started rebooting on its own for no apparent reason. It can run for a few hours and suddenly it reboots. It could be while watching a movie or listening to music on ambient mode.

I noticed that my firmware is now 1.56.275994.

This firmware doesn't even seem to be in the official list:

Has anyone else started having this kind of problem? It had always worked well before.

• What color is the LED light on the Chromecast when this happens?
• Is the Chromecast warm to the touch when this occurs?
• Is the Chromecast powered by the TV's USB slot, or a wall socket?
• Does this issue occur when casting or using a specific app?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
