Hi Mohammed2022,

A Google Chromecast is designed for use on a private, secure home WiFi network. Some users have had success using a mobile device hotspot but this may involve using two mobile devices. One that has the hotspot network and one that connect's with the hotspot and uses the Google Home app to configure the Chromecast with the hotspot network connection information.
