Chromecast - trying to reconnect with my tv now that I have Rogers Ignite

I just got Rogers Ignite (in Canada).  I have tried to set up my Chromecast and it goes well - it connects and then I go further to enter the code - that works and then it says it cannot communicate with my chromecast.  Please help

Just dropping in to answer...any time you change networks with a Chromecast you will need to factory reset it to get it back online 🙂 

 

Enjoy ignite... I've had it for years..but they are still working out the kinks for sure

I fixed it  - had to do a factory reboot (with the help from Google) button on side of Chromecast device
