Chromecast with Google TV Voice Remotes will not Update Firmware

I am still having the same issue as the post I made in this link ( Chormecast with Google TV Voice Remotes will not Update Firmware), but it was locked before I could reply as I was out of town for the week.  My remotes still fails to update from firmware 22.2 to 26.5. 

All the remotes are Google Model: G9N9N

Chromecast Versions

Android TV OS version: 12

Android TV OS security patch level:  April 1, 2023

Android TV OS Build: STTE.230319.008.R1.10015454

I now have the latest security updates and I have Factory Reset 2 of my devices as I have tried on both Google TV 4k's that I have and all are at the same update level. Not sure what else to try at this point to get it to upgrade. I even got another remote thinking maybe I had a defective one and now I have 3 that will not update their firmware.
