I can't connect to my wifi. If I try moving the device to a different tv in another room it works fine. If I take it back it can't find the internet. I tried other networks snd the hotspot on my phone and it still won't connect.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Please try to move your other TV closer to your router and try again. Plugging in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV might also help.

Apparently the problem was with my TV. I tried the device on several other tvs and it worked fine. I replaced my TV with a new one and it was fine.
