Chromecast with Google TV not casting audio to a pair of Nest Audio speakers for a home theater is kind of atrocious. This needs to be fixed. It’s one of the reasons I bought this in the first place. I didn’t want to have all the clutter of wires and cable management. Please fix this soon.

Nest Audio speakers and Home Theater are incompatible concepts.
Home Theater requires multichannel surround sound speakers.
Your Nest Audio speakers can work with Google Chromecast with Google as a speaker group, in stereo or mono configuration.
Good quality wireless audio transmission don't come cheap and free of issues.
If you value sound quality and reliability, stick to audio cables.
